Bokeh Blur simulates realistic lens blurring. It's especially useful when you need to simulate a very 'out-of-focus' background. Has ablilty to use a Zdepth pass (or ramp) to simulate Depth of Field.
Updated and optimized for Nuke 7.0
Added an input for custom shapes, where the user can add a roto shape to drive the bokeh shapes.

Added a Mask input and a formatting output pull-down, which fixes edge-artifacts on bright images.
Improved on the chromoatic abberation, added radial and offset options. Fixed minor Zmatte issues (formerly Zdepth input) You can use any matte for this input.
Placed Color and DOF knobs into groups. Fixed issue when nothing was connected to Zdepth, fixed monochrome issue, fixed and enhanced twinkle mode, made improvements to DOF functions. Fixed image input size to match source image. Colored Gizmo to look like a filter node.
