The chroma smear is a static motion blur similar to the godrays included in nuke, with a additional chroma shift.

Chroma Smear feature:

- Vector Blur processing
- Control:   translate , rotation, scale
- Radial Mask
- Chromatic abberation
- Accurate alpha processing
