A iterative erode that allows for masking without doubling edges

11.0, 10.5, 10.0, 9.0, 8.0, 7.1, 7.0 or later

A standard filter erode that allows a mask input that will iterate the erode amount along the mask alpha, this prevents edge doubling while masking.
