I'm not sure the formula for better, cheaper, faster is right. I've always been taught you can only have 2 of the 3 not all 3. If clients think this is possible then it might cause havoc with the budget.

Very useful otherwise - plenty of Tshots I could have used this on!

You're right - the formula is not right - finding the right balance of better - faster - cheaper is always a difficult job, and this tool tries to simplify finding the best mix. You will note however, that if you take any of these parameters to 100% the other two do not drop to 0, as they probably should. So I am looking for suggestions for a formula that better reflects the true ratio more accurately.

Also, in future updates, I am working on tying the "deadline" feature to the 'faster' parameter so that it has an impact on the better, faster, cheaper mix.
