C4dAutoComp v1.0 import your Multipass Exr and fbx camera file from Cinema 4d into Nuke.
For now it creates a One branch Comp with all your passes properly merged together with a Grade node for each. With a fbx camera, It will create a 3DScene with the camera settings changed to match Nuke 3D Space. The 3D scene is finally merged with the Rendered Passes Nodes at the right format and everything should be working well.
I didn't try all possibilities, like neagitve positions... I'm looking for all feedback. I'll soon add an option to choose between a One branch Comp or a multibranch comp with Shuffle nodes for every passes.
This is a 1.0 version. Only tested on Mac and Nuke 6.4. Should be working with any versions. And also my first scipt ever done, it's probably not the best way to do it, anyway, as far as I know it's working pretty good.
Thanks for your feedback, I hope it could simplify some workflows.

... Hi Kam, in order to use this script , you need a .EXR multi pass render.. and I don't know how this work with VRay. in Cinema4DAutoComp, you choose One Exr file for your render and One fbx Cam. Without any EXR file, the Nuke Read node doesn't load anything , that's why it's doesn't work for you. Sorry. |

... Kam , try this link for a nuke script with your Cam. http://cl.ly/CdK4 a few things that doesn't help for any script : your filenames are pathname with / and spaces.. that's bad. |

... Hey there, thanx for the plugin, thing is I can't seem to get it running. Can't you make a small tutorial about it, I have seen Franks link you posted but somehow it doesn't work for me. Hope to hear from you. |

... How do you install it? When I copied the code into menu.py, nuke opens with a dialog box asking me to locate the files... But I don't want to use that every time I open nuke. I'm using 6.3v1 on a Mac. What should I do? |

... Agree with the above questions about installation. Normally I edit my menu.py to include a button for the function in the python script; however, yours doesn't seem to contain on over-arching function I can call. How else would you install it so that it doesn't run automatically on launch? |

... HI Benjamin, Thanks for the plugin. I have a problem with the fbx. I exported it from cinema as animation and text file but when I load the plugin the camera does not have any of the transformations. It doesn't show any keyframe. What am I doing wrong? |

... Hey, I have the same problems, I can't even get my camera in. I've tried to bake my key frames in C4D, and then export using the settings listed above. I keep getting this error when I try to import... "error interpreting this plugin" I'm using nuke 6.3v7 btw |
