'lp_' is not really in the name inside of Nuke, it's more for organizing tools on your server/computer harddrive
CreditMover is intended to be fully automatic and handy for endcredit-animation. It moves the credits only by integer pixel values to not get any trouble with flickering. The only thing you need is a complete rolling-title as input, so basically a very long strip :)
CreditMover doesn't care about resolution or length, it is still preferred that the width of the incoming image match the format you want to output to. It will calculate and display the length of your rolling-title in frames, secs and mins (based on the fps set in the Project Settings) so you can easily adjust your comp-length.
By default, the animation will start on the first frame of your comp (regarless if you start at 0 or 1001), this can be adjusted with an offset inside the node.
I didn't tested it with older versions, but I don't see why it shouldn't work with v6 :)
Comments
Morning, thanks for the Info on v7 :)
I have no idea how to set up field render in Nuke
How would that roll+scroll look like, have you an example handy somewhere?
