This tool will outline any differences between its A and B inputs. Useful for comparing two versions of a comp or cg render.

This tool is most useful for highlighting small differences such as spots, artifacts, corrections to roto and so forth. It is not useful where the entire plate is different as with a Colourspace change or regrade.

To installl simply copy to your user/.nuke/Toolsets folder or central repository. From next Nuke restart it will then be available in your toolset menu.

Enjoy.

Hi Dan,

The tool is very nice, and easy to work with. Thanks for this.
I've worked with your Gizmo, and it detects every single difference. But my shot is a bit dark-night, and in shadows, it's difficult to see the differences. Any Idea of how to improve this a little bit?
By the way, the tool is already installed :) thanks Dan!

Does changing the highlight colour help? Also raising the tolerance so it spots less differences means that the ones left should be more evident.

Cheers,

Daniel
