Competition T&Cs
Terms and Conditions for the Most Valuable Contributor Competition:
- By entering the competition each Entrant/Voter/Member will be deemed to have unreservedly accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
- By entering the competition each Entrant/Voter/Member agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Nukepedia and all it’s affiliates from any damages whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of entering and/or accepting or using the prizes obtained in connection to this competition and Nukepedia.
- Nukepedia endeavours to act in good faith with a fair outlook at all times including this competition as well as all it’s dealings.
- Failure to supply all requested information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.
- No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries.
- Only three Votes per Entrant/Voter/Member will be accepted.
- All prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
- Nukepedia is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.
- Full details of the prizes will be given in email, upon request.
- Only entries received by the closing date 09:00 24 April 2017 NZST will be accepted.
- Winners will be notified via email on or after 26 April 2016 and announced on Nukepedia.com
- Winners will be notified via email on or after 26 April 2016 requesting a valid delivery address for the forwarding of prizes.
- Upon receipt of a valid delivery address, Nukepedia will dispatch non-digital prizes. Digital prizes shall be communicated and delivered via digital methodologies using the email listed in the members registration unless an alternative is communicated.
- Entry is only open to all registered Nupedia members and therefore reserves these rights to disclose the names and identity of all members both voting and being voted for.
- The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- All entries become the property of Nukepedia and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, and are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Nukepedia.com.
- Under the Privacy Act 1993, New Zealand, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by logging into their account. - Nukepedia reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
- Nukepedia reserves the right to at any time cancel, modify or suspend the competition, if in it’s sole judgement, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
- These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, under the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
