Change multiple knobs at the same time

This tool allows you to change the value of multiple knobs in a selection of same-class nodes at the same time, giving multiple options for selection.

While not a new tool concept, it is an accesibility and Python version update of an already used and relied upon functionality.

 

There are three ways to activate the tool:

 

1)Selecting same-class nodes manually.

 

2)Selecting one or more nodes of the same class, and then using the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+K to automatically select all other nodes of the same class in the nodegraph.

 

3)Without any selection and using the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+K, in which case a prompt will appear with a list of all node classes available for selection. By clicking OK, all nodes of that class will be selected.

 

In all three cases, the nodes will temporarily turn their tile color green, indicating the tool has been triggered and a change in one node’s knob will affect the others:
