Dot Matrix is a BlinkScript filter to replicate the effect of a dot matrix display, by sampling a filter image based off of an array of an arbitrary texture input. Can be handy when you need to create such an effect for some motion graphics stuff, or maybe in an extreme closeup of a digital screen.

It supports subsampling of the source image, and can also be used as an array pattern generator or as a pixelation effect. Defaults to using a grid pattern of circles output at the project root format.
