Re-instates audio tracks to movie files on the timeline which are video only

Adds a right-click menu action 'Reinstate Audio' to the timeline to re-instate audio to shots that contain audio tracks (e.g. QuickTime/R3D).

Tested with QuickTime Movies and RED media.

Requires pyside, so if anybodies using with Nuke Studio v11.01 or later, you'll need to change the 'PySide....'s to 'PySide2...' and add the line ' from PySide2.QtWidge ts import * '
