These registration files change the default application for .nk files to NukeX.
Requirements:
6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.0 or later
28 Nov 2012
800

These registration files change the default application for .nk files to NukeX.

IMPORTANT:
Before executing the .reg files you need to edit each file and change the path and version number to your current Nuke version!

There seem to be different registry configurations for the file associations on different machines. Therefore three different registration files are provided, but they may not all be necessary on your machine. To get a clean setup I recommend searching your registry manually with the parameters provided in the registration files and changing only existing entries. In case you don't care you can run all three .reg files one by one until it works. BUT don't forget to change the path and version in the registration files first!

Please login in order to download these files.

Hey Chris :-))
Thanks for the helper.
In my case I also had to add these lines to your .reg to have my .nk's associated correctly.

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTNukeScriptshellopencommand]
@=""PathToNuke" --nukex "%1""

Take care and see you soon hopefully,
Dziga

Hey Dziga!

Thank you for your advice! I've updated the files and added some information about the installation progress in the description.

Cheers,
Chris

I'm on Nuke11.0v3 and Windows 10. I realize now after trying to get this to work for a while that it's from 2012. Anyone know of a way to fix it or of another more current fix?
