Merge Node that offers a edge fade function along the A & B contact in the output, determined by the merge operation. The purpose is to avoid a hard (cut-out) edge on operations that regularly produce it (e.g. max, min...). Another use is to ease the merging of soft or out-of-focus elements, for example, during Keying.
