Glitch tool - adds moving glitch like effect to images or certain area of an image. Tool has 3 inputs - image, mask and glitchMap.
Mask input allows to apply glitch effect to only certain regions and through glitchMap input, you can use your own image to generate different glitch patterns (must be black and white image).
