PixelGather v1.1

Utility to collect all input pixels next to each other.

 Use the source image with a mask, to specify the pixels that should be gathered:

- Added PixelGatherMask output layer, to provide filtering information that result from the downscaling (if max points is used)
- Moved metadata information to 'Info' tab
