This is my stab at an analogue to the ubiquitous healing brush tool.  Although it is not based on poisson image editing, it uses a few cheats to sufficiently emulate those operations.  Should work on HD footage without the need for re-graining.

This is an alpha version, please report any bugs, and any feedback on its operation or needed features would be much appreciated.

UPDATE:  To compensate for Transform Masked Issues in Nuke 7.0+.

Installation:

I am uploading the raw .nk, as it is more portable.  Simply copy and paste from text, or copy the .nk to your toolsets folder for easy access through the UI.
