Compatibility:
A new Idefocus Node with the setting of the Zdefocus, Custom bokeh and slice setting
You can also use different setting of quality when you work and when your render with the 'Overide quality on render' option ( work with nuke.executing() not with $gui, that mean rendering locally works )
