Random curve with controls

A small tool to generate random curves for effects like blinking lights, flickering, and similar animations. It includes controls for seed, minimum and maximum values, frequency, and frame shift.

In this tool, the frequency setting defines the distance between the peaks of the curve. However, since the curve is random, the peaks may not always be immediately obvious.
