This gizmo provides an improved approach to chromatic aberration in Nuke. It allows you to apply independent transforms to each RGB channel, just like traditional chromatic aberration tools, but expands the concept with additional features.
Each channel can be individually blurred, and you can optionally drive the aberration using a godrays-based offset, creating smooth transitions between the starting and ending positions of each channel. Beyond standard translation controls, the gizmo also supports alternative transformations such as rotation, enabling more creative and stylized chromatic distortion effects.
The tool is based on an existing chromatic aberration gizmo, but it has been upgraded, optimized, and fully updated for Nuke 16.0.
