This script adds a new tag bin called 'FX Tags' and adds a new tag for each png file found in a given location:
The location can either be set in the python file or via an environment variable called FX_TAG_ICON_PATH.
I wrote this to be able to tag clips when using Hiero as an element library interface, but the script is fairly generic if you want to auto-add tags based on png files in a directory.
