Nuke Style Menu Shortcuts

Just a few little Keyboard Hiero shortcuts to match your Nuke setup.
Uses the hiero.ui.findMenuAciton() method and PySide to override the default keyboard shortcuts.
Usage: Copy this file to ~/.hiero/Python/StartupUI/

Added this because we had lots of people clicking 'R' for Read, when importing Clips. (Muscle memory ftw :)
