A tool to group, manage and edit nodes properties.
Traffic_light
Updated: 4 February 2021
Author: Constantin
Compatible Nuke versions: 11.2 or later
Compatibility: Windows 64, Source
With traffic light you can manage heavy workload in the same way $GUI does, with the advantage of having the result directly in the viewer.
When adding a node to the list, the node can be controlled inside the tool. If you have more nodes, you can gather and manage them all at once.
Add node: add selected node to the list.
All enabled: enable all nodes in the list.
All disabled: disable all nodes in the list.
Frame: zoom to the desired node.
Delete: delete the desired node from the tool list (if you delete the node from the nodegraph, it will automatically deleted from the tool list too).
Samples min: set min samples for the desired node.
Samples max: set max samples for the desired node.
Most of the node will be enabled or disabled.
Scanlinerender will be managed by setting min and max samples.
Motionblur will be managed by setting min and max samples (for nukeX only, if you use nuke standard the node will be just disabled or enabled).
Node color
Green colour: all nodes inside the list are enabled/at higher setting.
Orange colour: on or more, but not all nodes inside the list are disabled/at proxy setting.
Red colour: all nodes inside the list are disabled/at proxy setting.
Note: This tool is presented as a node because gizmo knobs can't be added or deleted unless you unpack them as a group .
It has been created in nuke 11.2v5, other version may have bug in setting node label color inside the tool list.
Tested on linux and windows 64 bit.
As a group, every knob and the code inside them can be easily modified.
Let me knob for any bug and assistance needed.
Thank you
