About

The script calculates the time spent on the shot. In order for everything to work and you are happy with the result, you must do the following:

  • Each shot should be in a separate folder
  • For a more accurate calculation of time, with long breaks in work (for example, for lunch) - it is better to close the shot

Install

  • 1. Unzip archive
  • 2. Copy content  to .nuke folder:
    • init.py
    • menu.py
    • pipline 
    • If the files (init.py, menu.py) exist, then just add the contents of these files to your
  • 3. Run nuke

Use 

  • For shots that were already in progress, the time will start counting from the moment the script is installed and the shot is saved.
  • For new shots, the time will begin to count down immediately after the start of work on the shot.
  • Fixing the time of work occurs after saving the shot.

To see the result

Nuke Menu -> Python Tools -> A.M.FILM -> calc shot time
