Tracker to Roto/Rotopaint

Creates a roto or rotopaint node with the animation from a selected tracker node. Designed to replace 'o' and 'p' hotkeys. Prompts you when activated and you have a tracker selected, defaults to normal behavior if no tracker is selected.
