writeChecker is a little write node organization helper. When the function is called, it will bring up a panel that lists all the write nodes in a script each with a check box next to it that will tell you whether it is currently enabled or disabled. You can then choose to enable or diable specific nodes by checking and unchecking their names or choose to enable or disable all nodes via the buttons at the bottom of the panel.
