A Nuke node that grades and saturates within ACEScc / ACEScct while working in ACEScg, with luminance-weighted operations via CIE-XYZ X and Y channels for a more natural saturation response, especially in the reds.

ALG_AcesLogGrading v2 is the evolution of a Nuke tool that lets you grade and saturate within the ACEScc / ACEScct color space while keeping your pipeline in ACEScg. The node handles the conversion internally, applies the grade and saturation operations in log space, then converts back. Giving you the perceptual uniformity of a log encoding without breaking your linear workflow.
v2 introduces luminance-weighted grading and saturation using the X and Y channels from CIE-XYZ. This allows the grade and saturation to respond proportionally to perceived luminance rather than applying uniformly across all values: resulting in more natural saturation behavior in the midtones and a significantly better response in the reds, which tend to blast in standard ACES saturation workflows.
