Constant from Hex Color Code

Tool to create a constant from a Hex Color code.

1. Add the code to your menu.py

2. Search for Constant from Hex

3. Paste your hex.

It also adds a ctrl+alt+c shortcut for the function. Remove or modify the last line if you don't want that.
