This is an easy to use tool for you to create bubbles in your scene, and it is fully 3D.

Rendered in Nuke Rayrender system, it could be a little slower, but if you wanna adjust only the movement fluently,

you can turn 'draft' checkbox on, that will make your life much easier :)
