This node creates a fully customizable sinus function to use as an animation curve. This one is special tho because the sinus speed slider is fine tuned to default by exactely one full sinus motion per second. This will automatically adapt to the project framerate.
That means setting the sinus speed to 2 will result into two full sinus cycles per second.
This is specifically useful to animate things that need to align with a given plate like a clock pendulum.
